As a trained babywearing consultant, I can help you explore the different baby carrier options for your family, giving you advice to ensure comfort and safety for your little Snugglebug. ​Consultations are held in our outside dedicated home office space in BH11 or at one of our regular events.

Fit Check

A fit check can help you feel more confident with one carrier you already own. Through checking it has been set up correctly or by troubleshooting any issues you are having, we can ensure it is fitting safely and comfortably for you and your baby.

Mini consultation (Sling library event only)

Try a couple of options from our sling library. ​This appointment is also suitable for learning to hip carry or feed safely in your sling. 

​

1 hour Standard Appointment

Try a few of options from our sling library, with the option to try them with our weighted demo dolls before trying with your own baby. This appointment is also perfect for those looking to learn to use a ring sling or back carry. Stretchy wraps or Woven wraps can also be looked at in this appointment, but this will likely take up the whole hour.

1.5 hour Bonus Appointment

If you are new to babywearing and want to look at a range of newborn options , including wanting to explore stretchy/woven wraps, then a 1.5 hour babywearing consultation would be the most suitable option. The extra time is also beneficial if you wish to try a wider selection of carriers in our sling library.

 

Sometimes having a bit of extra time can be helpful if you have no idea of what you are looking for or if you are looking for multiple options for your family.

Group workshops

An opportunity to receive a demonstration of a particular area of babywearing in a group setting.

Including;

• Introduction to babywearing

• Ring Sling basics

• Stretchy Wrap basics

• Back carrying workshop

 

Each month we aim to run a different themed workshop at our New Milton sling library event on the 3rd Friday of each month. Please do get in touch if you have a request for a particular topic!
