A group workshop to show you the basics of using a stretchy wrap to carry your newborn.
Service Description
Within the workshop we will look at how to tie your stretchy wrap, how to put baby in and how to create shoulder flips to ensure they have a clear airway. We will cover the key safety checks that you need to remember to ensure your baby is comfortable and safe. This workshop is suitable for expectant parents who want to be prepared before babies arrival, as well as for parents with newborns. You are welcome to bring your own stretchy wrap - this workshop will be focused on using a 2-way stretchy wrap. We will have some available to use on the day, and will also have some available to buy or hire. Definitely wanting to use your own, but still need to buy one? Get in touch in advance and we can organise a 12% discount with Hana Baby wraps and order in a colour of your choice.

Cancellation Policy
Babywearing consultations and workshops are run by a slingababy trained babywearing consultant. The consultation/workshop fee is taken at the time of booking. This is a non-refundable fee but it is transferable to other dates or types of consultation/workshop at the discretion of Snugglebugs Dorset. We understand that little ones can be unpredictable but please try to give us as much notice as possible if you need to cancel/reschedule. If less than 24 hours notice is given, then the appointment will not be eligible for a refund, but can be rescheduled for the full booking fee. When 24 hours notice is given we will aim to reschedule your appointment to an alternative available slot. An additional admin fee of 10% of the consultation/workshop fee will be charged to reschedule this. In the event of a total cancellation the following will apply: More than 48 hours notice given: A full refund will be issued. Less than 48 hours notice given: 50% refund will be issued. Less than 24 hours notice given: no refund will be issued. Please contact us directly if you wish to discuss this further. In the instance that your appointment needs to be cancelled by Snugglebugs Dorset for any reason and no suitable rescheduled date can be agreed, we will refund the full cost to the customer. All appointments are a fixed timeslot. Please try to be prompt on arrival and appreciate that we may not be able to extend any lateness past the scheduled end time of the appointment. Where possible, we will try to run for the full booked appointment time. Consultations are for one family at a time. If you would like to come with a friend/friends, contact us in advance.
