Mindful Art Group
Create your own piece of geometric art and fill with watercolours, pastels or doodles with a fine liner. The session is very relaxed, with a short demo of some basic ideas and further inspiration provided. Looking to explore a more complex design? Let me know and I can show you some more ideas once everyone has started!
Little ones are welcome to attend, with a play mat, toys and colouring provided. And I'm happy to help distract them and always bring a spare carrier with me too if you need an extra pair of hands or would like me to hold them for part of the session.

Slades Park Walks
Our regular sling walks offer the opportunity to meet likeminded parents, get some fresh air and have good old chat! We know that getting moving with a little one can be a challenge - babywearing can help provide some freedom to explore.

Unfortunately I cannot help set up a stretchy wrap from scratch at these events, however you can access tutorial videos on doing this through my newborn hire scheme. This could be used to help practice before a walk, with a fit check and extra tips given at the walk.
