Service Description
Meet us from 1-2pm in The Ashley Family Hub, Normans Way, BH25 5FN, to meet other local parents for a chat, enjoy refreshments and receive expert advice. Receive advice from a trained babywearing consultant on your carrier or try an option from the sling library. Please aim to arrive at the start of the session where possible so that there is enough time. Booked appointments will be ordered on a first come first served basis on the day, with any drop in's at the end. There will be refreshments available and toys to keep your little one entertained while you wait. If you are new to babywearing, looking at newborn options or stretchy/woven wraps then a group workshop or 1-2-1 appointment may be more suitable. Come along to meet us and talk through how we can help you, or get in touch today. Slings can be hired without appointment for £7 a week.

Cancellation Policy
Babywearing consultations and workshops are run by a trained babywearing  consultant. The consultation/workshop fee is taken at the time of booking. This is a non-refundable fee but it is transferable to other dates or types of consultation/workshop at the discretion of Snugglebugs Dorset. We understand that little ones can be unpredictable but please try to give us as much notice as possible if you need to cancel/reschedule - at least 24 hours. ​ Customers are able to reschedule once if needed at no extra charge if at least 24 hours notice is given. If you need to reschedule a second time no refund will be given. A discount on rebooking the session may be given at the discretion of Snugglebugs Dorset. If less than 24 hours notice is given the appointment will be treated as a cancellation, with no refund given. In the event of a total cancellation (with at least 48 hours notice), you will be charged a 20% admin fee. The rest will be refunded. If you cancel the appointment with less than 48 hours notice (or fail to attend an appointment), your fee will not be refunded. All appointments are a fixed timeslot. Please try to be prompt on arrival and appreciate that we may not be able to extend any lateness past the scheduled end time of the appointment. Where possible, we will try to run for the full booked appointment time. Consultations are for one family at a time. If you would like to come with a friend/friends, contact us to arrange a workshop.
